Each and Everyday, Allow Love to be The Meaure of Your Soul

“What hurts you, blesses you. Darkness is your candle.” ~ Rumi

The sun had risen earlier and it was a glorious summers day and nature in all its majesty was in its ever present, ever changing exuberance. Such is the way of natural order. Yet there was a melancholy and a deep longing amidst an irreconcilable loss racing through the energy of the old monastery. For the wiseman he was no more. And as he lay lifeless upon his bed, Finbar his ever present student of mystical studies sat as he’d been sitting for days. Motionless, speechless with only the tears of his love to bare testament of the loss that had been visited upon his soul. Gone were the roars of laughter, the smells of potions and the boiling of herbs. In there place, a silence that shattered his ear drums into a myriad of heartbreaking fragments. Yes he knew this day was coming for the wiseman had prepared him well. Still the great raw and searing schism that had ripped through his current reality in recent days thumped upon his chest, his heart and all of his knowing with an energy much greater than any shamanic drum. Indeed he was in a state of bewildered transfixation. A transfixation and deep inner loss that was punctuated only by a gentle tap on the door. Thereafter Finbars mum the old housekeeper came in and as she removed her shoes he could see her tears mimic his own as they fell effortlessly and willingly upon the cold stone floor. With no drama or hysteria she composed herself and gracefully walked towards the bed upon which the wiseman lay. In reverence she bowed to the wiseman such was her ways and gently whispered shlama alakhoom. Then turning to Finbar she bowed and said namaste my son. Finbar rose to his feet and silently walked towards his mum, whereupon he placed his arms around her shoulders and gently drew her into his powerfully broad chest. “We have been so blessed my son to have known this man and to have shared so much joy and so much love with this incredibly decent and generous soul”. Finbar smiled his trademark make believe smile when struggling with any given situation and through his broken throat replied; “indeed we have mum and better are we for that”. Ear bursting silence once again entered this space as Finbar and his mum embraced in a way that only the love of love truly knows. Yet in that moment of earth shattering silence Robin came to the studio window iridescent in all his rapture so happy, so joyous in his eagerness to introduce his young family and the noise and the excitement of the little ones brought a smile to Finbar and his mums face. Finbar looked at his mum and said; “I suspect he’s asked Robin to come and break up the gloom”. His mum gazed upon her gracious son through tearful eyes that sparkled like diamonds in the morning sun and as she did so she squeezed his waist warmly and replied; “yes I suspect you are right my precious son. For he’s sent Robin to tell us that this is no time for sadness and to proclaim that this is a time for a loving celebration, indeed a celebration of all that he was and all that he shared freely”. Finbar nodded his approval of such sentiments although he could not speak one single word in retort for the tears, the drumming of his heart and the fire that ravaged deep within him. Had sealed his lips bone dry. Still and in that place of inner tusunami he was reminded by his inner voice of many of the wiseman’s ways and of many of the wiseman’s teachings. So he knew well that this was no ending but the start of a new beginning. As such he acknowledged the loss that roared deep within him for all that it was and all that it wasn’t. For he also knew that only in acknowledgement of that loss could he reconcile, transmute and ultimately transform all of that deep inner pain into unconditional love and soul healing. And such was the vitality and shift in frequency brought about by Robins arrival that as Finbar and his mum withdrew from the wiseman’s studio in great knowing, grace and appreciation. Finbar knew that the words and wisdoms of his teacher the wiseman would always be with him. What’s more he also instinctively knew that seasons come and go as do all souls too, for there is a reason and season for all things. Indeed a time to live, a time to die and a time to be reborn again. Such were the teachings of his great mentor, friend and illuminator. Therein and amidst Finbars gloom, the days of that time passed by with an innate greying that always heralds in the birth of great healing, learning and transition. And as the seasons changed as seasons do. Weeks turned into months, months turned into years and things would never be the same again for Finbar in the old monastery and university of mystical being that was his childhood home. For when all things change we change with them. So in that state and place of change out into the world Finbar was pulled. Out into the world of chaos, of suffering, of hate for the sake of hate. All part of his own initiations and needs for deep and universally orchestrated soul healing. Until there came a time and a calling after many journeys, much seeking, much healing and many lessons that he must return. Indeed return home to the grace of his childhood and his soul rejoiced and once again reconnected with the very essence of the timeless joys and discussions with the one who had so shaped his ways. For isn’t it so that the art of living and dying well is always forged upon the anvils of introspection, service, unconditional love and wisdom? Indeed the theatre of action where the awakened and the awakening truly align with the immensity of all divinity. For they have the grace and the courage to dance with all aspects of their shadows. And in doing so, they; come to rise above the veils of their fall through the seven rings of separation. So to all who stumble upon this illumination pray that you meet the wiseone deep within you dear reader and above all things seek and you will find. For the timeless nature of all souls is such that as one sows, so shall one reap. Therein better for all souls that love is the currency of all their eternal states of being. For love is the key to the freedom of self-mastery and self-mastery is the doorway into greater understanding and greater understanding aligns with; “do what thou wilt is the whole of the law, love is the law, love under will, Thelema.” For love and wisdom are the bedrocks of divine providence which all souls already know, for awaken dear soul is the eternal call asking all souls to align with, evolve through and ultimately prepare to return home. So roar with laughter as the wiseman did, expand your wisdom through meaningful experiences, build friendships that transcend space and time, serve and know that your service always makes a difference. For that is the way, the only way to truly be at one with; the divine providence, memento mori and agape that is enshrined within psalm 23. For all our mortal journeys are simply opportunities to grow as souls and as the great Rumi said; “You have no need to travel anywhere, journey within yourself. Enter a mine of rubies and bathe in the splendor of your own light, believe in love’s infinite journey, for it is your own, for you are love and love is life” explored in the; law of light.

“This story is a distilled extract from my Book of Mysteries”

I hope you’ve enjoyed this simple little post which draws upon many aspects of my own alchemistic journey. Of course I’ve embellished that journey a bit with a degree of magic and mysticism too and all in the hope that you can use it as a tool. For the journey back into remembering is a long journey, filled with monsters and seemingly invincible odds. Yet if we stick with it and fully commit to really learning all our lessons well our soul will always accommodate all our rememberings, for that is the way of all things. As with all the posts and page content of this blog. There are deep and multi layered awakening and healing messages embedded within a myriad of gentle metaphors. All of which is purposely interwoven with mystical symbolism of many forms, each nuance included to enlighten, to inspire and to inform. For the distillation of that long healing and learning journey captured in this post not only marked the end of a great anam cara cycle, but also a sublime realignment with the holy trinity. And although written many, many years ago, this post is dedicated to the work of the great illuminator Emanuel Swedenborg and those who graciously bring forward and share the works and the insights of a truly great soul.

Be a treasure to the poor, an admonisher to the rich, an answerer of the cry of the needy, a preserver of the sanctity of thy pledge. Be fair in thy judgment, and guarded in thy speech. Be unjust to no man, and show all meekness to all men. Be as a lamp unto them that walk in darkness, a joy to the sorrowful, a sea for the thirsty, a haven for the distressed, an upholder and defender of the victim of oppression. Let integrity and uprightness distinguish all thine acts. Be a home for the stranger, a balm to the suffering, a tower of strength for the fugitive. Be eyes to the blind, and a guiding light unto the feet of the erring. Be an ornament to the countenance of truth, a crown to the brow of fidelity, a pillar of the temple of righteousness, a breath of life to the body of mankind, an ensign of the hosts of justice, a luminary above the horizon of virtue, a dew to the soil of the human heart, an ark on the ocean of knowledge, a sun in the heaven of bounty, a gem on the diadem of wisdom, a shining light in the firmament of thy generation, a fruit upon the tree of humility.” ― Baha’u’llah

☉ The Wise Man, Chemist and Alchemist

Love, Compassion and Wisdom is The Way of The Evolving

Orion Bright Star

“What hurts you, blesses you. Darkness is your candle.” ~ Rumi

Deep within his cave a wiseman was busy working to perfect a number of powerful rainbow warrior potions. When crow let it be known that someone was approaching. Moving forward to the mouth of his cave the wiseman could quickly see that he who was approaching was the chemist, indeed someone whom the wiseman had once shared parents with. As crow circled above and made it very clear that he didn’t like the chemist, the chemist shouted out; “hey you wiseman I’ve come to see you at my wife’s behest”. The wiseman smiled and thought to himself something’s never change, no good morning, no hello, just a hey you and all that nonsense. Nevertheless and as the chemist approached the cave entrance the wiseman smiled and asked; “how may I help”. The chemist replied; “I don’t know, for this wasn’t of my making, I do not like you, I have no love for you and what’s more I have absolutely no respect for you. The wiseman laughed out loud and said; “and still you seek me out, really, how foolish can a man be or is it that you fear your wife greatly?” The chemist angrily retorted; “I fear no one, let alone my wife, for I’m a powerful man I’m here because she was told by a psychic recently that I must seek you out, and so seek you out in your rat infested hovel is what I’ve done, that’s all, you insane fool.” Again the wiseman smiled, shook his head and set about making himself some rosemary tea which seemed to infuriate the chemist even more who stomped about and huffed and puffed before blurting out; “hey, hey, come on let’s get started I haven’t got all day”. The wiseman laughed out loud and said; “can I remind you that you are imposing yourself upon my time, I’m not imposing myself upon yours, so kindly still yourself chemist it’s all part of the process”. The wiseman then sat down in the lotus position, smiled and began drinking his tea, whilst the chemist huffed and puffed in the most amusing of rages. Thereafter and once the chemist had exhausted himself the wiseman looked upon the chemist and said; “are you even remotely aware that when I was very small I thought you to be the cleverest mortal on this planet and as I grew a little older that perception did not change and I lauded your scientific prowess supporting you every step of the way”. The chemist replied; “so what, that was a long time ago, what about now why must I seek you out?” The wiseman smiled and didn’t answer that question instead he continued from whence he had finished. “What transpired later was of great significance to me, for whilst you assumed the role of the chemist and in doing so amassed great wealth and status. I spent a life time studying the mystical arts of alchemy for as I grew older and I became the point of attack for many of your foolish choices, I realised that you were not a wise man at all. Indeed I realised that you were a fool because only a fool would refuse to admit when they were wrong, only a fool would attempt to rewrite history and only a fool would choose hatred over love”. Again the chemist in his naturally agitated state retorted; “so what, can we just get on with it”. The wiseman laughed with great hilarity before saying; “you’re right this is all way above your head, so yes, let’s get started, give me your dagger that you carry to your right”. The chemist huffed and puffed and said; “give you my dagger, give you my dagger, why what are you going to do with that?” The wiseman laughed and said; “I will show you precisely why you needed to seek me out”. Still more huffing and puffing from the highly agitated chemist for he was a man who trusted nothing and no one, indeed a man who had used his dagger on many occasions to acquire that which was never rightfully his. The wiseman in that moment gave the chemist a little time, for he knew just how naked the chemist would feel without his dagger. Moments passed so slowly until that punctuation in activity was released as the chemist slowly, ever so very slowly withdrew his dagger from its sheath. He then nervously held the dagger by its handle, blade facing towards the wiseman. The wiseman sighed and thought to himself how very predictable and as he did he raised his own hands to the heavens and cried; “set her free from this fool”. In that moment the daggers handle burned red with heat and the chemist released it, jumped backwards whilst crying out; “how did you do that?, how did you do that?, you shouldn’t be able to do that, that’s not right, how did you do that?” The wiseman laughed out loud whilst picking the dagger up and said; “It’s all very simple, you are a chemist and I am an alchemist and the difference is magic. All you need to know is for lifetimes of self-indulgence you’ve been happy to sell your soul whilst all the while I’ve been healing my own soul and many others too”. The chemist looked at the wiseman and said; “okay I get you’ve played a trick upon me, now you have my dagger what are you going to do with it?” The wiseman holding the dagger in one hand took a sip of tea from the cup in his other, before saying; “I’m glad you asked that, what I’m going to do is show you what you came here to see”. He then looked up to the heavens and down to his feet and then lunged forward and thrust the dagger deep into the chemists heart. The chemist fell to his knees and let out an almighty cry; “you’ve killed me, you’ve killed me and with my own dagger” as he desperately tried to pull the dagger from his heart. Struggle as he did he could not withdraw the dagger, yet as he did the wiseman laughed with lucid and great gusto. Moments passed and soon the shock wave was over and as it passed the chemist began to realise that actually he wasn’t dead even though he had his hand on the handle of the dagger lodged in his heart. He looked up at the wiseman and said through his confusion and mental exhaustion; “I don’t understand, just what is going on here?” Again the wiseman laughed and replied; “I’m helping you to see what you came here to see”. The chemist replied; “but I didn’t come here to see anything, I’m here at the behest of my wife please take this dagger out, it’s all a bit too much for me”. The wiseman in like replied; “O I will, but first you remove your hand from her handle and look upon me”. The chemist did as the wiseman asked and was astonished to see the wiseman begin to glow and as he glowed the chemist could see that the wiseman was a mass of daggers. In fact there was not one square centimetre of the wiseman’s body that did not have a dagger in it, yet as the chemist looked upon this incredible sight he was equally aware that there was no visible pain on the wiseman’s face, only a warm and engaging smile. The chemist stared and stared upon this spectacle to such an extent that he forgot about the dagger lodged in his own heart. After a while the wiseman said; “please get to your feet if you will for you have a little work to do. The chemist ever so gingerly rose to his feet again and as he did the wiseman said; “look upon the shafts of my daggers chemist and tell me what you see?” The chemist by now had lost all his pomposity and anger and calmly obliged the wiseman’s request and as he inspected dagger after dagger he saw that each dagger had two letters inscribed upon the daggers handle. Slowly and then with greater confidence he read them out; “nh, ah, ah, ah, mh, sh, ag, dd, bm, ed, ec, ah, ah, ah, am, am, am, bg, ah, rh, sh, ag, ag, at, mh, am, am, sh, rh, mm, re, rh, rh, tm, bh, hh, ae, ah, mm and so he went on”. After what seemed like an eternity and many hundreds of daggers read, the chemist said; “I don’t understand, what do these daggers and letters mean?” The wiseman smiled and replied; “I’ve carried and healed many karmic burdens from my lineage, from my askashic records and from many other sources too, whilst you and your kin have spent many life times seeking to cause me great harm. As such the letters you read upon each one of those daggers are the initials of all my would be assassins, indeed fools who are to foolish to understand the foolishness of their ways”. Silence befell the space and the chemist became increasingly agitated again and asked; “but what has this to do with me, that was your choice, I can’t be held responsible for that”. To which the wiseman gently replied; “you are indeed most right for that was a choice that my soul willingly made, but let me ask you this are your initials not on many daggers too?” The chemist hurriedly replied; “they are but” yet before he could finish the wiseman raised his voice and said; “there are no buts in the realms of unconditional love only thoughts, words and deeds and you were always more than willing to deploy your daggers upon my life force and without any mercy”. Once again silence befell the space before the chemist asked the wiseman “what does this mean for me?” The wiseman laughed and said; “come withdraw a dagger anyone you like, do not be shy for there is great wisdom for you in that action”. So the chemist gingerly withdrew one of the daggers and as he did it was transformed into a bright red feather. Knowing that no harm would become him he pulled many more out, each one turning to a red feather which he let fall upon the floor. After much effort the chemist asked the wiseman; “I don’t understand, where is the learning in this for me, I pull the daggers out and they turn into red feathers?” The wiseman laughed and replied; “well now you’ve seen how easy it is to pull the daggers out from a soul that carries many assassins daggers, go ahead pull your own dagger out if you will”. The chemist used all his strength and both hands too and he could not shift the dagger for it remained fast within his chest. “How can this be” asked the chemist, “how can this be, that your daggers come out and turn into red feathers, yet my dagger despite all my power and strength is held firm in my chest?” Again the wiseman laughed with gusto and replied; “yes but I’m an alchemistic and you are a chemist, as such I’ve healed my daggers, whereas you haven’t even begun to heal the many woes of your soul”. The chemist still more agitated again asked; “so tell me wiseman what does this mean for me?” The wiseman smiled and replied; “for you probably not a lot given your age in this life time and the time you have left, for your lineage, I’d say quite a lot. For you have knitted much karma in this life time chemist, indeed karma that will dominate your lineage and many of your own life times yet to come”. “No, no, no, no, no cried the chemist, there must be something I can do”. The wiseman who by now had stopped glowing and equally his daggers could be seen no more looked upon the chemist and said; “accept the unacceptable as you’ve accepted the unacceptable all your life, but know that you have been given great insights and shown what you needed to see. Accept that your karma is your karma and all of your own making, but do that with grace”. A moment of earth shattering silence like a fire storm rushed through the cave and in that electrifying moment the wiseman he was gone and the pile of red feathers as if like magic turned into a burning red phoenix which stared directly at and right through the chemist and with great intensity until it slowly morphed and disappeared into the ether too. Whilst amidst this unfolding angles could be heard laughing and crying and reciting in equal measure; “wake up, wake up, for chemistry is the knowledge of processes, whilst alchemy is the wisdom that heals all souls.” And so he did wake up the chemist, finding himself covered in sweat in his own bed, he turned to his wife and was about to say; “I’ve had a dreadful dream”, until that was he discovered a long red feather upon his pillow. Troubled by the way of things the chemist set off the next morning back to the wiseman’s cave. However and upon arriving he found the cave was cold, damp and empty and looked as if it had never ever been lived in. Scratching his head and huffing and puffing as the chemist always does, he looked and looked in vain throughout the cave searching for something that would help still his mind. Yet nothing did he find save for a tightening in his chest. Retreating from the cave the chemist suddenly became aware of a young boy sitting upon a rock in the near distance, indeed a young boy with tightly curling and flaming golden locks. The chemist marched up to young boy and shouted; “hey you, hey you there, where is the wiseman”. The young boy remained unmoved and unconcerned by this request as he sang to the birds and all the flora that surrounded him. As the chemist moved within a yard of the young boy again he shouted; “hey you, boy, where is the wiseman from the cave? I must speak with him”. The young boy lifted his gaze and fixed his eyes upon the chemist and the chemist could see that there was an angelic quality about the boy and an immense golden aura surrounded him too. Troubled by this the chemist adjusted his tone and asked; “do you know where the wiseman is? I have need to speak to him”. The young boy stopped his singing for a moment and replied; “the one you seek in the form you seek him is no more and has been so for longer than you will ever know”. The chemist replied; “but I only spoke with him yesterday how can this be?” The young boy smiled and sang; “chemistry is the knowledge of processes, whilst alchemy is the wisdom that heals all souls”. The chemist in that moment felt distraught and above all things all alone and said to the young boy “but I had further questions to ask him why would he abandon me now?” The young boy started singing again and turned away from the chemist. The chemist roaring with anger shouted; “I asked you boy why would he abandon me?” The boy turned again to look upon the chemist and replied; “abandon, he has not abandoned you, tell me chemist how many brothers do you have?” The chemist replied; “I have no brothers, well I once had two brothers one died before I was born and the other was beneath me”. The young boy smiled and said; “so chemist who abandoned who? you speak with no love or compassion for your brothers, how can that be?, for you were given great gifts, yet you chose not to recognise them”. The chemist huffed and puffed and replied; “life’s hard” but before he could complete his sentence the young boy said; “no chemist life is not hard, you are hard, you have chosen to make life hard, you are the one filled with self loathing, the one that cannot love unconditionally, cannot be present, cannot forgive unconditionally, you are the one with the heart of granite”. In that moment the chemist began to feel faint as his heart pounded like never before in his chest and before him he could see that the young boy was morphing and interchanging in and out of being the wiseman and himself. The chemist asked; “what am I seeing?” And in harmony the young boy and the wiseman replied; “you’re seeing your birth brothers and alchemy brother the magic of inana rakhma for chemistry is the knowledge of processes whereas alchemy is the wisdom that heals all souls”. The chemist sat down for his head was spinning and as he did, the young boy and the wiseman took on the form of he who is the alchemist. Leaning forward the alchemist withdrew the chemists dagger from his chest and threw it upwards into the air and as he did it turned into a beautiful white dove and it could be seen that it’s tail feathers were vibrantly coloured with all the colours of the rainbow. In that moment the chemist immediately felt much better and asked; “is it all over is every thing going to be alright now alchemist? The alchemist laughed and said; “is it all over? is it all over?” and laughed even louder before stating; “it’s just the very beginning chemist of a very, very long journey for you, albeit in truth, nothing was ever wrong in the first place”. The chemist asked with great excitement “does that mean that you’ve healed all my karma?”. Again the alchemist laughed and replied; “me heal all your karma?, no brother that is not my role, for my role was never more than to love you and shine light upon your darkness, nevertheless a great karmic healing has taken place this day and you should be most grateful for that”. Holding the moment before stating; “but only you can heal your karma and only you can heal your lineage, for that is all of your own making, you see; every act and every deed carries with it a grace or indeed a price”. The chemist with a degree of agitation said; “but alchemist, I have money, I could pay you handsomely to heal my karma, for you have many skills that I do not possess”. The alchemist smiled and replied; “brother when is it that you will see that money is nothing more than a soulless three dimensional form of energy that you have sorely craved and at great expense to your own soul and that of your entire lineage?. Don’t you understand that love is the only currency of healing. So learn to love, learn to love and learn to love some more, for only unconditional love holds the pure tone vibration that’s capable of healing yours and everyone’s soul”. And in that moment the alchemist was gone and as he vanished, it dawned upon the chemist the great magnitude of that which he’d just been shown. As such he held his head low and in doing so could not see the sublime wonderment of the divine nature that surrounded him daily. For he knew that he didn’t know how to love and what’s more he wasn’t sure that he really wanted to learn how to love either. Whilst in the distance a raven could be heard to sing over and over again; “chemistry is the knowledge of processes, but only alchemy holds the vibration to heal all souls”. Yet in that moment an alarm clock sounded and perhaps it had all been a dream until the chemist realised that he could hear local magpies outside his bedroom singing; “chemistry is the knowledge of processes, whereas alchemy is the pure tone vibration, that timelessly heals all souls”. Such a pivotal moment for forward movement, indeed one of many pivotal moments that the alchemist had offered the chemist throughout the entirety of his mortal life. However the chemist without hesitation, such was his way, instinctively retreated back into his shadow. For he concluded that; yes, it had all been a dream the result of the cheese he’d eaten the night before. He felt fine, his bank balance was healthy and that’s all that really mattered. As for his birth brothers and the insights he’d been given. The chemist reassured himself that; he couldn’t ever bring himself to love his brothers and in terms of their insights. Well; he couldn’t take any of it seriously. For the chemist had no comprehension of true love or soul alchemy or that the sun represents the self in relation to a cosmic whole. Nor that a circle with a dot in the center is the alchemical symbol for the sun, signifying the completion of a great body of works, through deep healing. Then again why would the chemist know of such things, for all the knowing is in the inclination, for inclination is a souls eternal divinity which presents at the beginning of each and every incarnation. Such is the way of things when we get lost in the illusion, we swallow the deep sleep pill and we sleep endlessly and have no knowing of the truth of things. Whereas in our awakening, our camel, lion and child are all actualised through the; great alchemistic body of works. Thereafter the light of love burns brightly within us and we come to know the great truths. So it is, so it was and so it will always be, that each has that choice, the choice to stagnate and align with the shadow or to evolve and align with the law of light. So let no man be the judge of another, for the choice is what it is, indeed a state born of exponential potentials. Where the atman understands its role in the great cycles of dharma and karma in each of its incarnations. As such it judges not, for; the sun will rise and set on many atman incarnations.

“What hurts you, blesses you. Darkness is your candle.” ~ Rumi

The wiseman was busy in his work deep in his cave of knowing when crow announced that someone was approaching. In time the wiseman lifted his gaze to see that the curse caster was in the mouth of his cave. A vile woman, indeed a hag with a dark, wicked and caustic tongue. “Hey wiseman I have a problem and I need your help” she exclaimed through gritted teeth and the most transparent of fake smiles for she was consumed with her own self loathing and hated the wiseman greatly. But the wiseman knew that already for she was not unknown to him. As such; he knew well that because of her perpetual hating of him and many, many innocent others, that she was unable to rise above her own self-limiting demonic delusions. Which in truth did not trouble the wiseman. For his journey had taught him which he humbly accepted. That each soul creates for themselves a multitude of great woes and heavy karma, if that’s how they choose to live out their mortalities. He also knew that the hag was an expert in such undertakings, for hate and fear where her life’s chosen ways. Nevertheless and moving from the back of his cave the wiseman smiled and asked; “how may I be of service hag?” and the hag immediately replied; “I really don’t like you and have no respect for you, but I would that you could tell me how to solve my problem”. The wiseman smiled in great knowing for this was truly deep soul healing. For this was not a new request from the hag, for she had been many times before. Each time the wiseman had listened to that which she’d had to say. Each time he’d considered her plight and from many angles before coming to his wise considerations. Each time she had dismissed those considerations and stormed off in a curse casting huff proclaiming; “I hear what you say, but I must do it my way”. And as hilarious as it may sound each time she did it her way the problems they got worse and in their worsening she would fume and spew from her toxic tongue a range of nonsensical character assignations about how the wiseman had mislead her. However today was not like the days of yore, nor was this the day of the groundhog emergence. For today was a great day indeed and a wonderful day for healing and so the wiseman smiled and with great warmth requested that the hag speak of all her problems and so she did. Upon completion of her lengthy story where she scattered curse magic with carefree abandonment the hag looked at the wiseman and asked; “well?” to which the wiseman smiled and replied; “well, what?” This response from the wiseman created an unfathomable anger within the hag and she screamed in all her anger; “well what? well what? tell me what I should do”. The wiseman smiled, whilst gracefully moving towards his old wood burning stove and once there poured himself a cup of his warming rosemary tea. In an uncontrollable rage the hag shouted at the top of her voice “tell me what I should do, tell me, tell me what I should do”. Turning to face the hag the wiseman smiled took a sip of his rosemary tea and then replied; “you must do it your way”. “Do it my way? do it my way?, call yourself a wiseman? I will never forgive you for how you’ve belittled and insulted me” and she went into a tirade of toxicity and hatred. But the wiseman knew that would happen anyway for he knew that the “I will never forgive you” and all her anger, hatred and poison was her self-limiting demonic trademark signature. So as she spewed out her poison like tacks and bullets each one purposely designed to pierce deep into the wiseman’s being. He stood there silent with his shield of light and peace held out before him. Such that as the tacks and bullets sort to cause him great harm they could not penetrate his shield of light and peace, and as they hit they fell to the floor and were instantly transmuted into gloriously dazzling and shimmering clear crystals of many differing shapes and sizes too. Now in truth this demonic tirade from the hag continued for some hours until it was that she was a spent force. At which point the wiseman lay his shield of light and peace upon his own alter of thanksgiving and walking towards the mountain of crystals before him he blew upon their shimmering mass in a most gentle fashion. Whereupon a great unicorn arose from those crystals and as she did the great lady neighed at the hag and bowed to the wiseman and as she did the wiseman instinctively bowed to her and said; “thank you my lady” and as he did so she leapt from the cave and was no more and a deeply warming vibration was visited upon the cave and it was unconditional love. Still the hag in all her delusions and illusions uttered curse upon curse yet they could no longer leave her own tongue and as those curses amassed deep within her being she began to die before the wiseman and the wiseman smiled for he knew that today he would finally release himself and her from all their mutual torments. Therein and stooping to the floor where the unicorn had once stood the wiseman saw and picked up the one and only crystal that remained. He held it up to the light and could see that it was a perfectly formed crystallised teardrop and he smiled again and as he smiled he placed that teardrop deep within the heart of the dying old hag before him. And as he did so she smiled back through her death mask, yet this time there was no feigning of warmth and sincerity, this time there was a meeting of hearts and the darkness it left, for the light it flooded in. Time seemed to stand still in that moment as the wiseman made many signs above the old hags head and then as quick as a flash he said; “be on thy way” and the hag who was now transformed sprung to her feet and marched out of the wiseman’s cave proclaiming from her old illusions and delusions that the wiseman was a asshole and fraud. The wiseman smiled for he knew not in this life could her transformative healing take place, indeed he knew that perhaps not for many life times could that healing take place. Such was the scale of the karma she had willingly self-knitted. Nevertheless smile he did, for he knew well that the debts of old had been repaid and that great healing had taken place and that for he and she, a great karmic journey was over. Still on that day, such were the old hags delusions that she was still ranting on her way home, yet as she turned around to point in the direction of the wiseman’s cave she became transfixed and for the first time in many life times completely speechless too. For she saw the stark reality that the wiseman and his mystical cave were no more and that vision instantaneously created a deep hole, a deep yearning and a deep loss within her. All of which troubled her greatly for she had no knowing of universal laws that once a journey is over there can be no going back. For all healing is in the loving, in the letting go and above all things the moving on and evolving. Indeed that place of true compliance with the workings of timeless motion all part of the teachings of the one, the almighty, the alpha and the omega, the beginning and the end. Because the law of light, the law of love and the law of correspondence love all souls and unconditionally, so it was, so it is and so it will always be. For all the knowing is in the inclination, for inclination is a souls eternal divinity which presents at the beginning of each and every incarnation.

That said; this post the crone and loves karmic healing although written many years ago could only be posted on this day. For the distillation of the healing and learning journey captured in this post needed to align with the planetary shifts, for without that it could not bring about the healing that needed to be.

(8) The Young Man, Soul Love and Magic

When We Change Our Inner World, Our Outer World Changes Too

Orion Bright Star

“What hurts you, blesses you. Darkness is your candle.” ~ Rumi

A young man answered a deep inner call and travelled to far distant lands, the reason? he was amidst his own soon to be gentle passing. Upon arriving in his new home and lands he found it’s people down trodden and lacking in magic. Much decay was about the town and hope had all but evaporated and so the young man did what he had always done. He set about opening hearts and minds for that is the only way to raise vibrations. At first the towns folk thought he was insane and for some a great source of amusement. Until it came to pass that his simple acts of kindness began to melt and thaw even the most hardened of hearts. One of the things that the young man did instinctively was to polish old penny’s the lowest currency at hand. Thereafter handing one out to each towns folk he met saying; “here, a gift for you, a magic penny, use it to change your inner world, for when you have you’ll be able to change your outer world too”, to the great puzzlement of the penny recipients. As time passed by more and more subtle but unique things began to happen about the town and the young man found himself amongst one other and then two and then three others who believed in his penny magic. Then one day a beautiful young traveller happened to arrive in the town and as the young man gave her, his magic penny the two fell instantly in love. And as that happened they completely merged into one and their souls danced within the cosmos of all times and love and happiness was the symphony of their union. Soon it became the day of the great carnival something inconceivable prior to the young mans arrival. And such was the energy and magnitude of this undertaking that reporters and tv film crews came from far and wide and amidst this illusion of celebrity status many took centre stage, as the young man on his part simply dissolved into the background. Equally those who’d believed in the young man began to drift away with great humility and dignity, for they knew that the process was over and their necessary work had been done. The young man then with weary bones yet happy eyes smiled with great compassion in that moment at the deep love of his life as she tearfully told him that she was needed back home and would need to leave early the next morning too. And as they held each other with grace amidst the timelessness splendour of unconditional love, she asked him gently; “so how do you feel my love?” He smiled warmly and through his tears gently replied; “O I feel very happy my love albeit I am extremely tired”. A moment of incomprehensible solace befell the two in that moment and she replied with the love of the highest of all ranking angels; “but my love you were dying when I first met you and so I do truly understand your weariness, for in truth I don’t know where your reserves of energy have come from”. The young man smiled and wiping the tears from the cheeks of his lover waggishly replied; “O that’s my magic penny, my kismet and sum, did I ever tell you just how powerful they are?” knowing full well, that of course he had. She on her part soulfully buried her head into the young mans chest and replied; “O my love what will I be without you?”. “Anything and everything my love” replied the young man, “anything and everything my love, for star dust we are and star dust we will always be, for star dust love is eternal”. That night the two that were one made love under the stars and time itself had no meaning for their unified cosmos was so bright and so deeply, deeply healing that diamonds would have been dazzled by its brightness. However and some weeks on the young man sat alone upon the chair in the gardens of the main square, the chair he had first sat upon, the first day he arrived into town. Motionless he sat all that day in deep meditation and not a soul disturbed his contemplations, albeit some looked from afar and some even shed a tear. For they knew all to well just how unwell and frail the young man was now and they also knew that a great healing transition was taking place. And as the sun finally set so did the young mans soul eloquently take leave of his weary and broken body. Whilst in another place many months from that time his lover opened the letter that announced her loves passing and as the tears rolled down her face a baby could be heard to cry in the distance. And with grace and composure she gently slid the letter deep into a book titled the way of the peaceful warrior that her lover had given her and made her way to settle and nurture her baby. Several years on she visited the town where she had met and fallen in love with the great love of her life and as she sat in his chair and thought about what could have been. A little girl ran up to her and said; mummy, mummy look, look, look at this the nice gardener man has given me a bright shiny magic penny and he says I should use it to change my inner world for if I do that will always help me to change my outer world for the better”. In that moment her mum broke down in tears and the little girl in a state of panic asked; “have I done something wrong mummy?” to which her mummy replied; “no sweetheart you haven’t done anything wrong, silly mummy always crys when she see’s or hears magic. For magic from a good heart can heal all souls and I sense great, great healing today from the penny you’ve been given”. The little girl smiled and replied; “he was a very nice man mummy and I’m sure I’ve met him before, I hope he comes by so you can see him and maybe he will give you a penny too”. In that moment a towns woman across the square shouted; “hey, hey lady is this taxi for you?” And of course it was so the young mans lover and their daughter began walking across the square towards the waiting taxi. As they got nearer to the towns woman who’d shouted about the taxi the young mans lover politely asked; “who is the nice gardener of the square?” To which the towns woman adopted a most comical and puzzled look upon her face and replied; “gardener, there is no gardener, that is a community garden that the local children tend to”. The brow and heart of the young mans lover immediately sank and as they did she wistfully replied; “okay thank you” as she and their daughter climbed into the taxi rear. All the way to the bus station the little girl talked about the gardener and her magic penny until and as they arrived at the bus station the young mans lover said to their daughter; “you must let that go now, there is no gardener” to which the little girl replied; “yes there is and that’s him there”. Pointing to a tatty old poster of the towns great carnival and there in the background was the young man smiling with joy with his love by his side and in that moment the love of all times flowed into her aching heart. And as she paid for their fare she was again taken aback when the taxi driver said; “there you go lady, here’s a magic penny, use it to change your inner world, for when you have you will change your outer world and for the better too”. And she smiled and replied; “thank you, for I do believe in penny’s and magic, for I was taught by a great love and a great teacher that as above, so below, as within, so without is the timeless healing vibration of all souls”. The taxi driver smiled and said; “wow, now that’s powerful, have a great day lady.” The young mans lover smiled, kissed the young man in the poster and then holding their daughter up to look upon his face said; “that’s your daddy sweetheart a truly bright morning star, just like you regulus”, and eternal love permeated all things, for love is the vibration of all healing and everything.

(7) The Wise Man, Finbar, Love of Service

To Serve is to Honour The Selflessness of Ones Timeless and Eternal Soul

Orion Bright Star

“What hurts you, blesses you. Darkness is your candle.” ~ Rumi

It was mid morning and the wiseman was busy working upon a number of his potions. When the silence it is was broken by finbar the house keepers young son kicking and hitting a can with a stick and with great ferocity up and down the main monastery yard. The wiseman observed this and a smile came to his face and then he continued to busy himself as closer ever closer the can kicker and can hitter edged closer to the wiseman’s open window. Several times finbar walked by the wiseman’s window and in doing briefly stopped his kicking and hitting to take a sneaky peek through the wiseman’s window before recommencing. Again the wiseman observed this and smiled to himself and as finbar approached the window again the wiseman with his back to the window said; “finbar if you wish to come in, why don’t you just knock on the door instead of making all that most unnecessary racket”. Finbar smiled and rushed to the wiseman’s door and knocked upon it with the power way above his tender years. The wiseman smiled and asked; “who is it?” there was a momentary silence before a little voice replied; “it’s me finbar”. The wiseman smiled again and said; “o its you finbar how may I help?” Another momentary silence before that same little voice replied; “can I come in and speak with you?” The wiseman laughed out loudly and replied; “what are you waiting for little one come right in”. Finbar bust into the room with eyes as bright and as big as the golden sun and blurted out “wiseman, wiseman is it always right to help others, mummy says it is and I failed in that duty for I didn’t help the little beggar boy yesterday?” The wiseman smiled and said; “calm down little one take a breath if you please, sit down here pointing to the great chair so I can see your soul”. Finbar sat as requested and the wiseman poured him a big glass of crystal clear water and made himself another cup of coriander tea as finbar initially fidgeted like boys of seven do before he took an almighty gulp of his crystal clear water. The wiseman then sat before finbar with his eyes firmly fixed upon the little ones face and asked; “so tell me your woes and concerns little one for only then can I offer you wise counsel. Finbar took another gulp of his water and said; “well yesterday mummy told me off for not doing my chores, so I went off in a huff and began sitting on a rock down in the valley with some grapes, some water, a little piece of bread and some cheese”. Another gulp of water before continuing “as I sat there a beggar boy came by and he asked if I had any spare food, but I told him I didn’t even though I knew that I had”. “The beggar boy was frail and thin wiseman but because I was so very angry I didn’t want to help him or share my food with him”. The wiseman with deep compassion upon his face asked finbar; “so little one how did that make you feel?”. Finbar hung his head in great shame and replied; “I didn’t like how I felt wiseman, it didn’t feel like me and because I couldn’t forget the look upon the little beggar boys face I felt the need to tell my mum”. The wiseman smiled as if in knowing and asked; “and what did your mum say?” Finbar raised his head and said; “mummy said that I was wrong not to share my food with the little beggar boy, for if we can help someone which must always try to do so”. The wiseman smiled and said; “you’re mummy is a wise woman and you are blessed to have such a wise mummy”. Finbar in a state of heightened acknowledgement replied; “o she is wiseman but she’s not as wise as you”. The wiseman smiled and said; “wisdom is a journey little one and there are many journeys into and through wisdom, yet no wisdom is better than any other wisdom, for wisdom is wisdom and only the truly wise come to understand that”. Silence befell the two yet as the wiseman sipped his coriander tea he could see that there was still a question needing to be asked by finbar. Holding his cup between both hands he looked deep into finbars eyes and asked; “so little one ask your question”. Finbar smiled with excitement and asked; “how can I be like you wiseman, how can I be wise and willing to help everyone? I bet you’ve never refused to help anyone like I did yesterday wiseman”, as he hung his head low again. The wiseman reached out his right hand placing it under finbars chin and gently raised finbars head and then smiled and said; “when I was a little boy same age as you, one day after I’d been given another beating by my older brother who beat me most every day”. Finbars jaw dropped in horror and said; “why would your brother beat you wiseman, were you bad?” The wiseman laughed out loud and replied; “bad, well I wasn’t better than any other 7 year old but no I wasn’t bad I just had a brother who was to be one of my greatest teachers”. Finbar looked that look that a little one makes when what is said for whatever reason doesn’t make any sense to their naturally high and innocent vibration. The wiseman could see this and allowed finbar the time and the grace to come back to their discussion. Finbar then asked; “how can a brother who beats you be one of your greatest teachers wiseman, mummy says we should always love, not hate and we must talk not use violence”. The wiseman smiled and said; “your mummy is of course right, but how would you, I or anyone understand hate and violence and lack of love if we did not witness and experience it being used upon us?”. Finbar hesitantly smiled and said; “well I understand wiseman, but I’m still sorry that your brother beat you everyday”. The wiseman smiled and replied; “thank you finbar, but that was then, this is the now and all that shaped my life and I’ve healed enough to see my early life as a blessing”. A moment of silence and then finbar enquired; “so what happened on that day you were about to tell me about”. The wiseman smiled and took another sip of his tea and finbar mirrored that action by taking another gulp of his water. Then the wiseman said; “well shortly after my beating my mum sent me out to buy groceries for tea, yet because I was so unhappy about the whole unfairness of it all, I kicked a can and with great anger all the way to the store”. Finbar laughed and said; “just like me wiseman, we must be brothers”. The wiseman took another sip from his coriander tea, smiled and replied; “indeed little one, just like brothers”. There was a moment of silence as a little robin flew onto the wiseman’s windowsill. The wiseman got to his feet and said; “come finbar, robin needs his lunch, we must feed him”. Finbar immediately jumped to his feet and followed the wiseman to his larder. The wiseman then turned to finbar and asked; “how old are you finbar?” Finbar replied; “I’m seven, wiseman, but soon I will be eight”. The wiseman replied; “seven is a good number” and placed two small anchovies and five little pieces of bread on a saucer for robin before asking finbar to place robins lunch upon the windowsill for him. The two watched for what seem like an eternity as robin ate his fill and when he was full, his flapped his wings in joy, sang the wiseman and finbar his thank you song before he quickly flew away. The wiseman then asked finbar to go check how much robin had eaten and as he did this finbar in a state of electrified amazement cried out; “wiseman, wiseman, come see, there is more on the saucer then before robin started eating, how can that be wiseman, how can that be?”. The wiseman smiled ruffled finbars hair and replied; “there is never any shortage for those who love and those who are prepared to give, for that which we give always comes back to us tenfold little one”. Finbar in all his innocence was transfixed by this saucer full to overflowing and asked; “what shall I do with this now wiseman, throw it away?”. The wiseman laughed loudly as he frequently did and replied; “throw it away little one? no place it there on the floor, cat and pedro will enjoy that for their tea”. Finbar did as he was asked and then through a squinty puzzlement on his face asked; “pedro, pedro who is pedro wiseman?”. The wiseman laughed again and said; “o pedro is a little bear who has lived with me since I was your age, he’s very shy, but he’s a very good friend”. Finbar smiled and said; “I’m glad pedro is your friend and I’m your friend too wiseman, mummy says I must do anything to help you because you’ll do anything to help anyone”. Again the wiseman ruffled finbars hair and said; “come sit and I will finish my story”. Finbar smiled and then asked; “so did you meet a beggar boy too wiseman?” The wiseman changed his tone and he replied; “no little one, I did not meet a beggar boy I met a frail little old lady who asked me to go buy groceries for her because she was unwell”. Finbar in great excitement asked so what did you do wiseman, did you buy her groceries?. The wiseman again with a somber tone replied; “no little one I refused to shop for the little old lady and I told an untruth, I told her I had other things to do.” Finbar asked; “were you not wise then wiseman?” The wiseman laughed, before his tone returned to somber again and said; “I suspect I was wise, but at the time I didn’t really know I was wise so I chose to let my own suffering cloud my judgement in that moment”. Finbar oozing growing wisdom and compassion years above his age reached out and held the wiseman’s hand and said; “but we all make some mistakes wiseman, I’m sure someone else bought the groceries for the old lady”. The wiseman kissed finbars hand, raised it and gently placed it over finbars heart saying; “thank you little one, but sadly no one was there or willing to help that little old lady and she died on her way back from the grocery store.” In that moment you could cut the air with a knife before finbar enquired; “how did that make you feel wiseman?” To which the wiseman thoughtfully replied; “I felt great sadness and great self-loathing for choosing not to do the right thing and I knew that I never ever wanted to feel that way again”. Finbar with a look of consternation upon his face asked; “do you think the little beggar boy has died?” To which the wiseman replied; “whether he has or whether hasn’t you cannot change that now, but what you can do is take the wisdom from this lesson for if you do, you will come to know when it’s right to do the right thing”. Finbar jumped to his feet and hugged the wiseman and as tear ran down his face, he said; “thank you wiseman, I’m sorry the old lady died” and the wiseman gently whispered; “shlama alakhoom”, followed by a moment of spelling binding silence. The wiseman then without finbar noticing also wiped the tears from his cheeks and laughed out loud and as he did so. He then said; “hmmmn little one so you’d like to be like me would you, let’s see, let’s see”. The wiseman looked up to the heavens and then down to his feet and said; “I have it, today finbar my little brother, you may choose anything you like from this room”. Finbar replied with great excitement “anything, really anything wiseman?” The wiseman replied; “anything” as finbar jumped to his feet and cast his eyes around the wiseman’s things. He ran his hand over all the wiseman’s; very old and dusty books of magic, his crystals, his potions, his wands and feathers but then he sat back down before the wiseman. “So little one what will you choose, a book, a wand or crystal, make your choice.” Finbar replied; “no none of them wiseman, they are all indeed very nice but none of them”. The wiseman smiled and asked; “so what will it be little one?” Finbar looked at the wiseman and hesitantly replied; “a long white beard like yours”. The wiseman laughed the most amazing and thunderous roar and said “so you shall little one, and so you shall”. He then gently rubbed finbars forehead in the location of his third eye with his thumb, he then cupped finbars face with his strangely young looking hands, before gently sliding them away and saying; “there you are finbar my little brother, a long white beard just like mine”. Finbar raised his hands to his face in great excitement expecting to feel a beard but there was no beard there. With a tone of great disappointment he said; “I don’t have a beard like you wiseman you’ve tricked me”. Again the wiseman laughed an almighty roar and replied; “it is there little one, it’s just that you haven’t grown into it”. Finbar replied in a state of confusion “I don’t understand”. The wiseman smiled and said; “here give me your hand let us look in this full length mirror to see just how fine your long white beard is”. Finbar still lacking understanding of this situation held out his hand and he and the wiseman stood side by side and looked into the mirror. To finbars amazement he looked like the wiseman and the wiseman looked like him, yet when he turned away from the mirror to tell the wiseman what he could see he was transformed back to his original form. Several times he did this looking into the mirror and then away and then as he starred into the mirror for one last time he asked; “what does this mean wiseman?”. The wiseman who looked like finbar replied; “what does this mean, what does this mean? we are brothers little one, one in the same”. In the distance finbars mum could be heard calling out his name and as she got nearer the two walked from the mirror and finbar in a moment of excitement ran out into the yard and threw his arms around his mums waist. All whilst telling her about how she was right and that it is right to help others and that he was going to have a long white beard, “it’s real, it’s really real, I’ve seen it mum, I’m going to be a wiseman too”. And as finbar held his mummy tightly and buried his head into her waist, she ruffled his hair and mouthed in the direction of the wiseman “thank you wiseman”. The wiseman smiled, bowed with eloquence and mouthed in the direction of finbar and his mum “inana rakhma” and as he did this, he gently closed his door. Thereafter all that could be heard was the gloriously unbridled sound of silence dancing amidst the timeless vibration of unconditional love. And the wiseman smiled for he knew great healing had taken place and that Finbar would never be the same, for he was a wiseman in the making.

That said; this post the wise man, finbar, love of service although written many years ago could only be posted on this day. For the distillation of the healing and learning journey captured in this post needed to align with the planetary shifts, for without that it could not bring about the healing that needed to be.

(6) The Wise Man, Student and Readiness

Only When The Student is Ready, Can The Teaching and Learning Begin

Orion Bright Star

“What hurts you, blesses you. Darkness is your candle.” ~ Rumi

A wiseman sat as he frequently did sipping his rose branch tea, whilst all the while observing the endless unfoldings of the cosmos deep within him. Hour after hour the wiseman was known to sit in this undertaking and not a word did he speak to anyone. In fact it had been known for the wiseman to sit for several days in this state before returning to continue his work as guide and teacher. Indeed such was the reverence in which the wiseman was held that many students from far and wide sort him out. For all manner of matters relating to their own spiritual guidance and inner healing. Yet whilst many sort the wiseman out, few ever stayed the course of the journey. For the journey into much greater understanding is a most difficult undertaking. Nevertheless one student appeared to be up for that journey and each day he would pay his respects and listen and observe the wiseman and his teachings. Day after day, year after year the student remained dutiful to observing and listening to the wiseman. Until one day after many days of waiting for the wiseman to return from his cosmic wandering he nervously approached the wiseman and asked; “wiseman please allow me to accompany you on your next journey”. The wiseman looked upon the student and said; “and so you shall, come walk with me tomorrow”. The student in that moment of unimaginable exuberance bowed to the wiseman and retreated back to his station. For the prospect of accompanying the wiseman into his inner cosmos was something he had never dared to believe could happen. That night the students thoughts raced with eager anticipation of what he might see and experience and of where he and the wiseman may travel to. Morning came and the student found he had overslept, indeed the first time that he’d ever overslept since committing to his studies. In a state of panic he ran out into the yard to see the wiseman walking out through the gate. He ran up to the wiseman and said; “wiseman forgive I’m late, does this mean that I can no longer accompany you on your cosmic journey?”. The wiseman laughed and said; “late, late, it seems to me that you’re right on time, come I’m happy to share this journey with you today”. The student stood in puzzlement for a moment as the wiseman set off into town. Running after the wiseman the student again said; “forgive me wiseman, I don’t understand I thought we were going on a cosmic journey but you’re walking into town”. The wiseman laughed again and said; “indeed we are going on a cosmic journey, so keep your mind still, your heart open and observe like you’ve never observed before”. Silence befell the two as they made their way into town, yet as they approached the outskirts of the town an injured and dying old dog lay on the road side panting it’s final breaths of despair. The wiseman turned to the student and said; “tell me what you see student?” The student looked at the dog and replied; “nothing just a disgusting old dog that someone should put out of its misery”. The wiseman replied; “is that all that you see and are you the man to do that, if so how would you do that?” the student replied; “yes an old dog, lots of flies and I am, I could hit it on the head with that big stone over there”. The wiseman walked over to the dog and as he knelt before the dog and moved his hand over its broken back the dog yelped and bit the wiseman’s hand, drawing blood too. The wiseman did not flinch in that moment, he smiled, a tear rolled down his face and he said; “I know, I know and I feel your pain too, be at peace my brother” and made a sign above the old dogs head. He then got to his feet as the old dog slowly laid its head to the ground and the panting, its remorseless panting became less and ever less until it was no more. The wiseman then wrapping his bleeding hand with the bandanna from his neck looked upon the student and asked; “so student what did you see?” The student replied; “I saw that dirty old dog bite you, I should have used that big stone as I suggested, for if I had you wouldn’t have that wound upon your hand now”. The wiseman in exasperation created an unimaginable thaumaturgic silence in that moment, indeed a moment and a silence that could have been as long as time itself as the student on his part felt ill at ease until the silence was broken by the wiseman stating; “come we have bread to buy” and pointed towards the town. As they walked towards the gates of the town a large man baring arms approached the wiseman and spat in the wiseman’s face asking; “what brings you here?” The wiseman stood there motionless with an impassive look upon his face and replied; “well that’s a matter of opinions” whilst the student stood there petrified for he knew just how ruthless the gatekeeper was. Before the gatekeeper could speak again the wiseman took his bandanna off his hand and wiped his face in doing so revealing that his dog bite wound had completely healed. He then gave the bandanna to the gatekeeper and said; “keep this for one day it will save your life”. The gatekeeper grabbed the bandanna from the wiseman’s hand and threw it onto the ground pushing the wiseman and student through the gate. Once through the gate the wiseman asked the student “so student what did you see?” The student replied; “in truth, I saw nothing wiseman, for I closed me eyes in fear he would kill us both”. Again the wiseman created an unimaginable thaumaturgic silence amidst the vibrancy of the market throng, indeed a silence that could have been as long as time itself as the student on his part felt ill at ease until the silence was broken by the wiseman stating; “come student let us buy bread”. As they mingled amongst the many eager shoppers and traders, there was a commotion and it came to be known that the gatekeeper had been fatally wounded. A woman with greying locks and the scars of many battles then sort out the wiseman asking him to; “please come save my husband the gatekeeper”. The wiseman looked upon the woman and replied; “beside you’re husband lays a bandanna, place it upon his wound and your husband will live” and then the wiseman sort out the bread seller whilst telling the student to accompany the woman. Many hours passed by and the wiseman was heading back out of the market when the student ran up to the wiseman and proclaimed; “wiseman the gatekeeper died, for he refused to allow the woman to place the bandanna upon him”. The wiseman smiled and said; “come student we must be on our way”. As they approached the gates the wife of the gatekeeper was sitting on the floor weeping over her man. The wiseman asked the woman; “woman why do you weep?” she replied; “for my husband he is dead, he did not believe that the bandanna would help and so wouldn’t let me place it upon him”. The wiseman laughed out loud and said; “yes but that was then, this is now, he cannot stop you in this now, so place the bandanna upon his wound if you will”. The woman stopped crying and with a degree of hesitation slowly placed the bandanna over her husbands death wound. The gatekeeper coughed and began to come back to life and in that moment the gatekeepers wife immediately removed the bandanna and he returned back into his death sleep. The student cried out; “woman what are you doing, he was coming back to life and now he is dead again?” The woman looked at the wiseman and then said to the student “ask him, ask the wiseman he knows why I’ve chosen to do what I’ve chosen to do”. She then placed the bandanna over her face symbolic of the veil she had once worn and as it fell to the ground the cuts and the scars upon her battered body faded and became no more. The student looked on in amazement, yet as he did he soon realised that the wiseman was heading back to the monastery, some hundred yards or more in the distance. The student running after the wiseman eventually caught him up and said; “wiseman, wiseman why have you left your bandanna down there?, we could go out into the world and become most famous for healing people”. The wiseman looked upon the student and enquired; “so student how has your journey into the cosmos been today?” The student replied; “cosmos, cosmos what cosmos? we’ve only been to the market” the wiseman smiled for he knew that despite all the students perceived diligence and for all his perceived observations. He was not yet a seeker, for his heart and third eye were not open as such the student wasn’t truly ready for his teachings and learnings or indeed for his healings to begin. For the state of readiness only arises at that magical point where a soul is truly ready.

(5) The Wise Man, Full Moon and Unicorn

When We Understand The Cycles, True Healing Can Begin

Orion Bright Star

“What hurts you, blesses you. Darkness is your candle.” ~ Rumi

It was a gloriously crisp and frosty dawn and all seemed to be well. Yet for the wiseman he knew that a shift in planet earths vibration was unfolding and as such he knew that troubling times were ahead. For he could hear in the distance all kinds of madness and mayhem unfolding, angry voices, sirens ringing, hysterical laughter and people calling out in anguish with all manners of sickness. Still and amidst that deep inner knowing he also knew that life must go on too. So as robin sang a little song before he tugged upon a worm and eagle circled above, the wiseman sat in deep contemplation listening and observing as he chewed upon his pumpkin seeds. Whilst simultaneously sipping upon his warming coriander leaf tea. Hours passed by and still the wiseman sat transfixed as if it were that he had left his mortal being perhaps to seek out answers amongst the stars and planets from whence he had came. Soon midday turned to late afternoon and in the blinking of an eye late afternoon became the darkness of night. Indeed a darkness lit only by the mesmerising presence of a magnificently impressive and imperious bright full moon. Still the wiseman sat transfixed amidst the unfolding madness in the distance, deep in consultation with the stars and galaxies of his birth. Until that was with the stomp of a hoof and a familiar neighing he saw that before him stood Unicorn, glowing as she always does. The wiseman looked directly at Unicorn and with great sadness about his tone said; “my lady, thank you for answering my call, I am in need of your wisdom and vision”. Unicorn neighed and asked; “what troubles you so greatly wiseman?”. The wiseman sighed and said; “these energy shifts around the full moons are becoming ever more troublesome my lady and I simply don’t know how I can help, for I do not have sufficient insight”. Unicorn bowed her head to the wiseman as if in recognition of his plight and said; “come with me if you will wiseman, climb upon my back and I will show that which your wounded heart needs to see, for only when you’ve seen what needs to be seen, can your heart really begin to truly heal”. So climb upon her back he did and off into the darkness she steadily walked. During that walk Unicorn spoke only once to the wiseman and that was to tell him to leave all his current understandings behind him, which of course the wiseman immediately agreed to do so. After what seemed like many hours upon her back, Unicorn stopped and said; “now the teaching begins wiseman” and as she did she moved gracefully into a glade which revealed a shimmering dark lake before them. Unicorn then asked the wiseman to dismount before beckoning him to come close to her and as he did so she gently said; “now wiseman seeker of truth place both your hands around my horn, but don’t be in any hurry to tell me what you see”. The wiseman did as she requested and as he did he was shown happy moments from his childhood and many life times too, he saw mothers of all forms bringing new life into the world and children laughing and playing and he saw couples in love holding each other warmly without a care in either of their worlds. And as he did this the wiseman could feel a stirring deep within him and it was as if his heart was shattering into fragments. For in that moment of shifting polarity he was also shown; much anger, many horrors, irreconcilable destructions and hate in many forms. He saw treachery and spite and greed and in many situations too, each unbelievably cruel, much of which with no justification for any of its manifestation. Yet despite the despair that all but consumed him, despite all the sadness that raced through each nuance and cell of his very being and senses. Still the wiseman held his nerve and firmly held onto the Unicorns horn until it was so that all that which had unfolded within and before him, was in that calming moment, fortunately tranquil and no more. At which point Unicorn said; “that’s enough for now wiseman, you can breath again and you can let go” and as he did she said; “I won’t ask you what you saw wiseman for what you saw is simply duality in full flow, for my horn is a scry that enables anyone of good heart to see both the shadow and light that exists in equal measure in our universe”. Pausing before saying; “much like this lunar night, for tonight of all nights, we are greatly blessed indeed, for the veil it has fallen and before us stands the darkness and in all its completeness too”. The wiseman pondered this and said; “forgive me my lady I fail to understand”. Unicorn neighed and said; “walk with me if you will wiseman down to the lake, for soon you be shown that which needs to be known”. Upon reaching the lake which was now immensely foreboding, Unicorn stomped her hoof and a ring of fire circled them both and as the flames arose with great vigour. She turned to the wiseman and asked him to look into the lake and tell her what he saw. The lake was cold and dark and not at all inviting and as he looked upon the lake the wiseman could feel a dampness rising through him and as it did he became aware of the pain of many life times rising within him too. Still he looked from the ring of fire until the waters they had turned into a mirror and in that mirror the wiseman was able to see both the light and dark side of the moon. Yet the more he looked, the colder he became for he could see parasites and demonic entities of all forms rising from the dark side of the moon. More and more they arose and from every angle too and as they did, like moths they were attracted to the energy of the moon’s light beams and as they were they were fast tracked down on to planet earth and in a most orderly and timely fashion. Great heavens proclaimed the wiseman, “am I seeing the end of time before me?”. Unicorn neighed and said; “no wiseman, what you are seeing is the process of duality, for those whom you now see descending are descending to bring about healing”. Pausing before saying; “this cycle of life and death unfolds daily for that is the way of things, for your dead moon is nothing more than an interstellar incubation womb, cold yet waiting, ever waiting for the cycles of suns light that will illuminate and bring to the light that which must descend and find a self-healer on planet earth”. Silence befell their ring of fire as the wiseman pondered this point of reference. Yet before he could enquire further Unicorn stomped her hoof and as she did his lunar lesson ended for the lake began to shimmer again and as it shimmered the timeless coldness began to leave him slowly, yet still he remained transfixed by what he had been shown. Amidst this hiatus the wiseman’s thoughts raced and raced deep within him such was the disturbing nature of the insights he had been given. How could it be that this dark, parasitic stellar invasion was to bring about healing, for in its manifestation all seems to be madness and illness and a disconnect from sanity. Still ponder this he did. Hours passed amidst a silence that reigned supreme until it was that it came to the wiseman that what he’d been shown was the illumination of aspects of ones darkness. That can if not addressed serve only to lower ones vibration and therein; ultimately impoverish ones soul. In essence he came to realise that what he had been shown was the timeless process of illuminating that which is hidden deep within the astral layers and of course our akashic records. Indeed that which needs to be identified, acknowledged, accepted, cleared and truly healed. Pondering this still further he looked upon Unicorn and gently caressed her neck saying; “thank you my lady for showing me such a powerful insight, but how may I understand this in terms of these powerful moons and all the madness that they unleash?”. Unicorn neighed as she did when she is happy and said; “planet earth is in need of great healing wiseman that’s why this recycling process has picked up greater pace” she paused and then said; “your role wiseman is to let it be known that every 28 days this portal will open and that during such times much wisdom is required. For the role of the light-worker is not to fear this cyclical invasion, for the real healing is in self-awareness and introspection and in the learning to fortify ones very being. Because then and only then can anyone and everyone begin to heal all the illuminations of their soul, for our light always shines brighter in our darkness”. And in that moment dawn broke and the wiseman found that he was sitting alone in his chair again, he smiled, popped some pumpkin seeds into his mouth, finished off his cold coriander tea and said; “thank you my lady for teaching me that; which my heart needed to learn”.
